through the seller's own safety training and test
The seller has the right to interrupt the demolition work if irregular actions are detected and the demolition work must be carried out according to the times allowed by the seller (office hours on weekdays). The buyer is liable for compensation if the demolition work causes damage to the property
equipment or movables owned/possessed by the seller
the object to be demolished
or persons. The buyer must bring their own equipment and tools for dismantling.
